Interested in planning a trip together? Please fill out our trip inquiry form and tell us about your dream trip. Once we receive your forms, we’ll review & schedule a complimentary consult. During this time, we will get to know you better so we can custom curate the perfect itinerary.
Design it.
Sit back and relax while the proposal process takes place. We will design an itinerary tailored for you & only you! You will receive a detailed proposal from start to finish outlining all aspects we’ve discussed. We look forward to your feedback so we can fine tune the proposal to your liking.
Book it.
Once we have confirmed the itinerary is good to go, we will send an invoice your way. We will share all deposit, final payment information and cancellation policies. It is now all about availability, details, and deadlines. This is when we send travel insurance quotes as well. Once final payment is received, we’ll confirm all aspects of the itinerary with you. You’ll receive all hotel confirmations, local guide contacts, train tickets & more. This will all be easily assessable via our handy travel app.

Absolutely. We may be on a different timezone so there may be slight delay but we are always available via WhatsApp! We also provide you with contacts on the ground who will support you during travel as well.

We get this question a lot. In short, you can’t VIP yourself. If you are booking Virtuoso properties and not using an advisor, you are leaving money on the table when you could be taking advantage of VIP perks & amenities. We also know that multi stop trip planning is tedious so why not leave it to the experts?

Insurance is highly recommended. Once we finalize an itinerary, you will receive an insurance quote for review.

We try and work with most budgets but we like to set expectations ahead of time as we focus on luxury travel. We truly show our value by booking 4 and 5 star hotels.

There’s no rule of thumb but some destinations & times of year are more popular than others ~ i.e. Italy in summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas & NYE. I always recommend booking those way in advance. However, we see people book trips 10-12 months in advance and some who wait till the last minute.
